Karolina joined LUBS Research office in March 2016 and has international commercial experience gained previously working for a major asset management company in New York and software company in the UK.

She provides administrative and communications support to Kathryn Watson (Research Impact Manager) and Jo Cutter (Research Engagement Manager) helping implement the business school’s strategic aims with regard to internal and external collaborations. Key activities include the internal Research with Impact seminars aimed at sharing academic experience of REF2014 and how impact is and can be built into research.  She is supporting the organisation of the LUBS Ideas in Practice seminar series, joint academic-practitioner events aimed at extending engagement with key research users.
