MA Diversity Management
This course is designed to establish strong links with key players in the field of diversity management in the public and private sectors. It will provide you with a critical understanding of regulatory change and recent legislative developments in diversity management and equality issues by combining international research-led teaching with hands-on practical application. You can study full-time over the course of one year, or part-time over the course of two or three years.
Our programme has been developed in collaboration with leading professionals in diversity management in both the public and private sectors.

Qualification Requirements
- You should have a good first degree (2:1 or higher) in the social sciences.
- If you are not from the UK please visit equivalent qualifications to find out about entry requirements from non-UK countries.
English Language Requirements
If English is not your first language you need to attain one of the following:
- TOEFL iBT: At least 100 overall with a minimum of 25 in Listening, 25 in Reading, 25 in Speaking and 25 in Writing.
- IELTS test you need to achieve a score of 6 or more in each section and an overall score of 6.5.
