MA Diversity Management

This course is designed to establish strong links with key players in the field of diversity management in the public and private sectors. It will provide you with a critical understanding of regulatory change and recent legislative developments in diversity management and equality issues by combining international research-led teaching with hands-on practical application. You can study full-time over the course of one year, or part-time over the course of two or three years.

Diversity Management is recognised as a 'hot topic' in employment relations and human resource management and as public, private and voluntary sector organisations are increasingly engaging with these issues, opportunities are expanding.

Qualification Requirements

  • You should have a good first degree (2:1 or higher) in the social sciences.
  • If you are not from the UK please visit equivalent qualifications to find out about entry requirements from non-UK countries.

English Language Requirements 

If English is not your first language you need to attain one of the following:

  • TOEFL iBT: At least 100 overall with a minimum of 25 in Listening, 25 in Reading, 25 in Speaking and 25 in Writing.
  • IELTS test you need to achieve a score of 6 or more in each section and an overall score of 6.5.
