Pre-sessional English language courses at Leeds

The University of Leeds Language Centre offers an Academic English for Business and Management (AEBM) pre-sessional course. The course is designed to help students develop the necessary English language skills, and academic study skills, required for a taught postgraduate degree. Courses are offered throughout the year with start dates in January, April, July or August.

If you have a score lower than the above, you could be given an offer based on successful completion of the Language Centre’s pre-sessional course. The length of the course that you will have to do will depend on the score you have already achieved on the IELTS test. You can download information about entry requirements for the summer pre-sessional course here or for year-round courses here.

For further information, please visit the Language Centre’s website or contact the Language Centre via e-mail: langc@leeds.ac.uk
