Research

Sally’s research experience lies in observational research, test marketing and user focus group research [Design Support Centre, Asda Stores Ltd., The Prince’s Trust]. From 2003-2005, Sally was Manager for the WhyAreWeWaiting Project which looked at the role of the user in waiting space design. Sally is presently completing her doctoral thesis about Chinese Cultural Identity and Its Impact on Second Generation Entrepreneurial Behaviour in Britain. Current research interests include; advertising ethics, the 50 plus market, waiting space design, consumer [user] research in product design.
