Research

The economic theory of the firm and of organisation design. Theoretical work: the role of information and of incentives, trust and loyalty, with applications to organisation for quality management, the structuring of business processes and the management of knowledge within the firm. Empirical work: recently held a research grant ($68,500, with Professor Peter Buckley) from the Carnegie Bosch Institute for Applied Studies in International Management to examine knowledge management strategies of multi-national firms.
