Research
Cultural issues in international management and in particular the role of cultural distance within international management relationships. Empirical work conducted on cultural aspects of post-merger integration in German-Polish and British-Polish acquisitions. Other areas of interest include the role of language in international business, research methods in international business, challenges for business arising from widening and deepening of the European Union and transforming the level of engagement of external stakeholders in international business curriculum.
