Marie Curie Research Fellow (Sep 2010- present): researcher for the Marie Curie Initial Training Network ManETEI (Management of Emerging Technologies for Economic Impact) which is funded by the European Union in the 7th Framework Programme. ManETEI is an interdisciplinary research network seeking to develop knowledge on the multifaceted phenomenon of managing emerging technologies.
Senior analyst at Deutsche Telekom T-Mobile Netherlands (Sep 2008 – Sep 2010): manager of the customer satisfaction program and senior strategic advisor for the T-Mobile CS top management team. Innovation was an important part of this role since customer feedback management processes had to be improved and automated continuously in cooperation with international colleagues within the DT Group and with external alliance partners.
Information specialist at Deutsche Telekom T-Mobile Netherlands (Nov 2007 – Sep 2008): in this role I developed and designed management information tools (e.g. dashboards, web-reporting applications) for top management and for several innovative projects regarding the automation of customer satisfaction tracking surveying, I was the business project manager.
Consultant at Sudan Ministry of Health (Sep 2005 – Feb 2006): work-placement as part of my bachelor training. At the Primary Health Care directorate of the Ministry of Health I prepared and presented business consultancy services regarding its organizational structure and process efficiency (BPM).
