Our AMBA accredited programme provides you with broad-ranging management knowledge and skills, and critical insight into how organisations operate. It focuses on academic rigour and practical relevance. You are taught by highly qualified staff – many are experienced researchers, consultants and practitioners.
Programme Structure

There are two broad pathways (routes) depending on your background – making it equally suitable for those who have previously studied business or those whose first degree is in a non-business related subject.
- General Management pathway – for those without a previous degree in business who require a broad based comprehensive introduction to all the major management disciplines.
- Specialist Management pathway – for those with a previous degree in business who want to specialise in specific areas of interest and tailor their learning.
Employability
Whichever approach you take, the programme focuses on developing in you those skills valued by employers including critical thinking and analytical skills, problem solving and collaborative working.
The programme equips you with the hands-on practical experience organisations look for when recruiting. You will work on real-world business projects and build applied insights through organisational visits, talks from industry speakers and workshops.
