About the speaker

Jeannette Jackson is recognised as an expert of mental health and wellbeing at work, with over 30 years’ experience in the field. She is a nutritional biochemist and director of The Manchester Stress Institute and human performance scientist at Manchester Institute of Health & Performance. She is also a BBC/Sky Living television and radio presenter on health, wellbeing, stress resilience and nutrition.
