Associate Professor, School of Politics and Public Management at East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL)
Bai Yanli got her master degree in Social Security in Wuhan University. Then she went to ECUPL to work as a lecturer. She completed her PhD in Fudan University and her doctoral research focused on the Employment Relations of knowledge workers. Now she is working as Postdoctoral Fellow in Fudan University.
Bai Yanli's recent research interests cover the psychological dynamics of the conflict in the labor-management relations in China and the development of regulation systems in European countries.
