Sarah is a member of associate faculty at Leeds University Business School with ten years experience in the higher education sector, having previously spent a number of years working in the international hospitality industry as well as fulfilling a variety of human resource management roles.

Research interests

Sarah’s doctoral studies investigated catalysts and triggers in lifelong learning. Before her role at Leeds, Sarah worked as a lecturer at Oxford Brookes University Business School. Sarah has a particular interest in adult education, graduate employability and career management.

Student education

Sarah acts as personal tutor and placement tutor within the Management Division. Sarah undertakes dissertation supervision in the areas of human resource management, organisational behaviour, employability and adult learning with a particular focus on qualitative research methods.
