He works with senior executives on strategic initiatives, behaviour and culture and organisational change, most often through large group collaborations, team effectiveness, coaching and leadership interventions. He has operated as a consultant, facilitator, coach and change agent for nearly 30 years. He has worked on projects across Europe, and Asia Pacific, with senior executives from a number of nationalities, sectors and disciplines; these include organisations in financial services, engineering, utilities, and IT, each varying markedly in terms of their structure, governance, culture and maturity.
