Kautsar is a postgraduate researcher who believes in the importance of both theory and practice in entrepreneurship studies. Her background as an entrepreneur has provided her with different perspectives in researching entrepreneurship. Kautsar’s research mainly focuses on entrepreneurship development in emerging economies. She is also examining macro-micro links of both formal and informal institutions toward economic development.
