Research interests
My research interest lays in the area of strategy processes and practices, and specifically in understanding open strategy within large organisations. Open strategy can help organisations to find innovative solutions to complex problems of the dynamic business environment of today, by diving into a larger pool of ideas. However, open strategy is a complex and nuanced phenomenon which has to be managed carefully. Besides that, my interests include work of professional strategists and how pervasive digital technologies are influencing their work, skillset and roles within organizations. By being a part of the COINS project I had a great opportunity to examine real cases of open strategy and work with professional strategists in a large multinational organisation Ericsson AB.
