The Leaders in Residence network gives you the opportunity to develop your leadership and professional skills by engaging with senior figures from the world of business.
Management Division students can connect with leading professionals from major manufacturers and retailers, charity chief executives, entrepreneurs and directors of companies large and small. You have access to the network through:
- Conference days embedded within the curriculum for first and second year undergraduate Management students and our MSc Management cohort
- Seminars, panel discussions and guest lectures
- Networking events
- The opportunity to be connected with Leaders to support your dissertations and academic research
In addition, our 'buddy' programme enables you to connect with recent graduates to ask about their own experiences of life after university. You'll also have access to the School's Nurturing Talent Mentor Scheme. Applying for the scheme is a competitive process and capacity is limited; successful students are matched with a professional and receive one-to-one mentoring for an academic year.
If you are a student and interested in organising guest speakers for your own seminar series, please get in touch and we will do our best to connect you with our Leaders.
