Responsibilities

1. Developing the Faculty approach in the use of technologies for student education ensuring staff and students have opportunities to develop their digital literacy skills
2. Management of Enhancement & Innovation Team 
3. Liaise and work with academic colleagues in the Business School to develop and implement the Faculty Digital Learning strategy across all programmes
4. Work closely with the central teams in ODPL, Digital Learning, IT and the VLE service and represent the faculty at the strategic committees/groups as and when required
5. Provide faculty/discipline-specific expert advice on the use of learning technologies to enhance student education within the Faculty
6. Evaluation of teaching enhancements
7. Management and delivery of various enhancement projects:
   1. Space design and utilisation
   2. Blended Learning Minimum standards
   3. Digital Literacy Frameworks
   4. Senior Leadership apprenticeship - design, delivery of modules and ePortfolio solution.
   5. EBooks
   6. Module redesign - ABC Learning Design - Flipped Active Blended module creation
