Project management in the area of marketing research (analysis of HR-problems). Coordination, monitoring and control of several projects, communications and negotiations with clients, generation of final reports.

My research interests focus on the area of strategy processes and practices, and specifically in understanding open strategy within large organizations. Open strategy can help organizations to find innovative solutions to perplexing problems within modern, dynamic business environments by diving into a larger pool of ideas. However, open strategy is a complex and nuanced phenomenon which has to be managed carefully. By being a part of the COINS project I have a great opportunity to examine real cases of open strategy in a large multinational organization and to try answer some of the questions open strategy raises.
