Profile

Alice completed her BSc in Psychology at Plymouth University before moving up to Leeds and studying MSc Organizational Psychology here at Leeds University Business School, graduating in 2017.

During her undergraduate degree, Alice completed a placement year working for the Ministry of Defence and Cranfield University on the Defence Thinking Skills Programme, which aimed to enhance human capabilities across Defence through encouraging “thinking about thinking” on both the personal and organisational level.

Alice is currently working on a Rolls-Royce funded project looking at the human elements of implementing new systems and technology in the company, and the impact they have on employees, their work, and the organisation.

Alice is interested in the way changes in job design and the work environment impact how people act and feel at work, and believes that psychology should be a key discipline when looking at organisational success. She also has a keen interest in diversity and inclusion especially relating to the workplace.
