The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2018 has placed Leeds University Business School in the top 10 across all subject groups including Accounting and Finance, Business Studies, and Economics. The results published this week measure teaching quality, student experience, research rating and graduate prospects.
Economics has risen significantly up the table from 12th to 6th place amidst strong competition from fellow Russell Group institutions.
Reflecting on the success Peter Moizer, Executive Dean, said: “We are extremely proud to achieve such positive results across all our subject areas. It’s a testament to our commitment to exceptional student education and all round student experience, combined with a strong research base.”
In addition the University of Leeds secured its place in the top 10 universities in the UK according to the league tables, its highest-ever position.
Last year, Leeds was named University of the Year by the Guide, having been runner-up for the award in the previous two years.
