The purpose of the “Services Supporter” competition is to contribute to the fulfilment of the objectives of the international services marketing module through inspiring students to think beyond the constraint boundaries of a coursework.
This competition was an avenue for students to freely express their opinions on services marketing design and management issues. The subjects discussed in this competition are the challenges faced by service marketing managers in real life and what we aimed with this competition was to assist students in developing their critical thinking skills.
