Leeds University Business School is a leader in business education. Ranked 63rd in the Financial Times European Business Schools ranking in 2011, it has a truly international reach, with a student community drawn from more than 60 countries across the globe.
We provide a diverse range of high quality, flexible degree programmes to around 1,500 undergraduate and 1,000 post graduate students. With 142 academic staff, including 27 professors, and 10 research centres, LUBS is ranked 6th in the UK for the quality of its research in business and management.
The quality of our programmes is well recognised. Not only are we accredited by the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), we also have accreditation from the Association of MBAs (AMBA) for the Leeds MBA and for MSc programmes in Management, International Business and Business Management. Our MA in Human Resource Management is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and we are currently working towards AACSB accreditation.
Our connections with the UK and international business communities are well established and we have important strategic partnerships with companies such as Goldman Sachs, Royal Bank of Scotland, Yorkshire Bank, and the Financial Times.
LUBS graduates are highly employable and perform well above
the national average in achieving graduate level employment upon completion of their programmes. We also provide a comprehensive programme for MBA and Masters students, to enhance skills and develop their marketability for future careers.
