A lifetime career service
As alumni you have lifetime access to the University of Leeds Careers Centre services including:
- One to one drop-in sessions (Monday to Friday, 1pm to 4pm, during term-time)
- Guidance appointments for any career realted queries
- Mock interviews
- E-guidance service for those who can't visit the Careers Centre in person, but need advice.
- Access to job database
If you have graduated in the last five years, you have access to the exclusive vacancy database of local, national and international job opportunities, as well as many student and graduate internship opportunities. Please use your University username and password to access the site.
The University's business start-up service, Spark, advises and assists students and alumni who have graduated within the last five years with their initial business idea to start-up and beyond.
- Leeds Network
If you graduated in 2011 or more recently, you can make connections through the University's online networking tool, Leeds Network. If you want to explore career options, gain tips on entry into specific careers or receive supportive advice on developing your career, access the Leeds Network through the Leeds for Life website using your University credentials.
- Access to Carnet
The CARNET Alliance is a European association of accredited university business schools that facilitates networking and information exchange between MBA students, employers and university careers teams.

If you’re a recent graduate (up to five years after graduation), remember to use Leeds for Life for your continued personal, academic and professional development.

We provide opportunities for professional development through alumni events and webinars. It's never too late to develop yourself.
