Danilo Mascia was invited to come to Leeds as a Visiting Research Fellow in November 2013.
He is a student at the University of Cagliari in Sardinia where he obtained his first degree in Economics and Finance, and completed a Masters degree in Economics, followed by a further Masters in Business Economics (Finance Track) at the University of Amsterdam. Currently, Danilo is a PhD student at the University of Cagliari studying Banking and Finance.
During his visiting period at Leeds, under the supervision of Professor Vallascas, he will work on a project that links the procyclicality of bank lending to cross-country differences in capital regulation.
