Professor Dayananda Palihawadana, Chair in Marketing Education and Director of the MSc International Marketing Management, hosted a business insights lecture in Bangkok, Thailand on ‘The Effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Consumer Behaviour'.
His talk explored his research on consumer perceptions of company Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in developing countries. Research was conducted in the context of Vietnam and specifically examines the relationships between consumers’ ethical ideologies, perceived CSR, and product evaluations.
Alumni then enjoyed a networking session and were able to reconnect with fellow graduates in a relaxed environment.
